Space Optimization

In order to compute an estimation of space required for your expansion, each employee is estimated to occupy an area ranging between 125 sqf and 200 sqf per person, depending upon the overall headcount, preffered office layout style and the need for amenities such as pantry, storage room, recreational corner and so forth.

While pending professional advice and consultation with your interior designer, tenants may apply the following brief guideline in estimating your required area of space:
