Responsibilities 

  • To provide valuation and professional services
  • To advise valuation tasks on an individual basis
  • To prepare valuation report
  • To carry execution of valuation/assignments, land advisory and other regional valuation works for a wide range of clients, and to take responsibility for the accuracy and quality of such assignments

Requirements

  • Registered Valuers with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents And Property Managers (BOVAEP) with valuation experience.
  • A degree or professional diploma in valuation or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of relevant post-graduation working experience, preferably in retail & corporate valuation.
  • Knowledgeable in the property industry esp. in Klang Valley.
  • Good networking, resourceful, dedicated, diligent and sociable.
  • Must possess own transport & willing to travel as and when required.

Job Responsibilities
  • To handle Sales of Investment and Development product including office building, hotel, shopping complex and development land.
  • Understand client’s requirements and match product to expectations.

Job Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Economics, Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Commerce, Valuation/ Estate Management or equivalent.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
  • Experience in brokerage of investment properties and land sale is preferred.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Act as a support role to Valuation Department
  • Draft and prepare correspondences, proposals and corporate submission to relevant parties
