Job Responsibilities for Executive:
  • Perform full spectrum of accounts payable functions, including vendor and intercompany invoice postings with accurate coding of accounts, invoice description and other details.
  • Ensure all disbursements for vendor invoice and staff claims are processed timely and accurately and are in compliance to policies and regulations.

Job Responsibilities:
You will play a pivotal role in creating captivating visual content that aligns in the real estate industry. Your responsibilities will include:

  • In charge of media production including photography, videography, video editing and media production for social media campaigns such as social media feeds, ads, brochures, etc.
  • Must be able to conceptualize creative ideas, develop thematic directions, and style all videography/photography work.
  • Lead full end to end video production process, include storyboard with marketing team, identify key scenes, timeline, scripting, thumbnail and post-production.
  • Conduct video, photoshoot, and live-stream events.
  • Working closely with the marketing team to meet production schedules and deadlines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the company to understand content requirements and objectives.
  • Create polished and professional final products in multiple languages for both local and China market.
  • Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and industry’s best practices to maximize efficiency.

Job Requirements:

  • Having a “Sense” in story boarding and video editing
  • Familiar with Video Editing Software (Capcut/剪映/Filmora/Premier Pro/After Effect/Final Cut Pro)
  • Excellent storytelling and creative abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Familiar with audio clean-up, audio mastering, lighting setup, white balance levels, and color correction.
