Eric Lim

Co-founder & Group Managing Director

Eric brings more than 20 years in real estate practice and has led Hartamas from start-up to a top integrated agency serving developers, multinationals and government bodies. He was President of the Malaysian Institute of Estate Agents (2017–2019) and the first Malaysian appointed a Director of the National Association of Realtors. He sits on the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers, chaired ARENA, and is Adjunct Professor at UCSI University. Awards include MIEA’s Lifetime Achievement Award (2022), Brand Founder Legacy Award (2019) and Real Estate Agent of the Year.

Tay Lee Chin

Co-founder & Executive Director

Lee Chin co-founded Hartamas and oversees administration, finance and the agency division. Her care for people and eye for detail shape a productive working environment, and she is known for steadying and inspiring the agency’s negotiators through shifting market conditions.

Patrick Chong

Executive Director (Asset Management)

Patrick has 19 years of property management experience across commercial and residential projects, and leads the asset and facilities management practice. He graduated with a B.Sc (Hons) in Estate Management from Universiti Malaya, and previously held roles at Henry Butcher Malaysia, Burgess Rawson Malaysia and IGB Corporation Bhd.

Louis Yeo

Executive Director (Valuation)

Louis has 10 years of experience in real estate valuation and agency services in Malaysia, plus two years in Cambodia. He co-heads the valuation and consultancy practice, handling retail and corporate valuation across agricultural, residential, industrial and commercial property.

Desmond Tho

Chief Operating Officer, Hartamas Real Estate (M) Sdn Bhd

Desmond has over 12 years in the real estate business and serves as Chief Operating Officer as well as OUG Branch Director. He leads the project marketing and secondary market agency divisions, and has spent eight years training real estate negotiators — building the bench of talent behind the agency’s growth.

YS Lim

Director (Corporate Real Estate)

YS has over 15 years in the corporate real estate business, securing large office spaces for multinationals, local corporations, GLCs and government entities. His work rests on long-standing landlord relationships and close cooperation with clients on their space requirements.

Ivan Lim

Head of Revenue

With a background spanning technology, venture capital and real estate, Ivan leads Revenue at Hartamas Real Estate Group, driving growth, margin expansion and commercial strategy. Prior to Hartamas, he spent nearly a decade investing in high-growth technology businesses across fintech, e-commerce, big data, IoT and cloud services. He brings a data-driven, entrepreneurial approach to identifying opportunities, building high-performing teams and creating sustainable value, while remaining passionate about technology and startup trends.
