Programme and Responsibilities
Hartamas is looking for grads who are hungry to learn, ready to hustle, and dream of becoming Malaysia’s top-paid agents.
Mentor
A mentor will be assigned to provide feedbacks on your interaction with prospects over the phone , or client’s presentation. You will be shadowing your mentors in certain presentations as well.
Classroom sessions
- Property Fundamentals (1 Month):
a. Real Estate Basics:- Overview of the real estate industry
- Understanding legal and regulatory frameworks
- Foundation of Effective Cold Calling
- Introduction to Cold Calling in Real Estate
- Communication Skills and Objection Handling
- Call Techniques, Follow-Up, and Relationship Building
- Sales Presentation & Objection Handling (1 Month):
a. Sales Closing:- Effective communication in real estate
- Building and maintaining client relationships
- Techniques for successful negotiation
- Handling objections and closing deals
- Understanding client needs and preferences
- Providing excellent customer service
- Marketing (1 Month):
a. Digital Marketing in Real Estate:- Social media strategies for property promotion
- Online advertising and lead generation
- Establishing a personal brand in real estate
- Positioning properties effectively in the market
- Developing engaging property content
- Utilizing visual media for impactful marketing
What we are looking for?
All program participants must fulfill the following requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma
- Driver’s license
Recruiting Process
Ideal length: 2 weeks
If your application is selected:
- Interview 1 – Virtual/ Physical: Introduction and interview with Team Leaders (30-45mins)
- Interview 2 – Physical: Panel interview with leadership team (45min)
- Welcome aboard!
Compensations and Benefits
Discover the exciting earning potential as a Project Sales Cadet with us! We support our Cadets with a basic allowance of RM2,000, ensuring a solid foundation as you grow in your career. With a competitive structure, our cadets enjoy an earning range from RM2,000 to RM6,000.
Upon graduating from the program as a Project Executive, performers may expect to earn in excess of RM10K per month.
Career Path
Embark on a dynamic career journey with us! Upon graduation as a Project Executive, you will progress as a Pre-Team Leader, honing your foundational leadership skills in the process. Progress to Team Leader thereafter, and gain hands on experience in team management and project execution.
As a Project Manager, you’ll oversee complex projects, followed by ascending to Division Director, where strategic oversight and divisional leadership are key.
Reach the pinnacle as a Project Director, blending senior copywriting prowess with top-tier project leadership, guiding our vision to new heights.
