The Malaysia My Second Home (MM2H) program is initiated by the Malaysian Government which is designed to provide long-term visas for residents of those countries officially recognized by Malaysia, regardless of their race, religion, gender, or age.
The program offers a minimum renewable 5 years multiple-entry social visit pass, making it a popular choice for retirees, expatriates, and investors seeking to enjoy Malaysia’s rich culture, affordable lifestyle, and warm climate.
The latest MM2H programme introduces in 2024 have a three-tiered system, namely the Silver, Gold and Platinum tiers, where the participants will be classified into different groups based on their eligibility. Those who fulfil the criteria of the Programme Applicants are allowed to bring their spouses, unmarried children below the age of 34, parent & parent-in-law as dependents.
MM2H offers a 5-year renewable visa that allows them to enter and leave Malaysia without any restrictions. This program also will not affect their current nationality.

Education 教育
Applicants are allowed to bring their children who are below 34 years old and not married as dependents under the MM2H program. They can study in Malaysia by applying student pass.

Parents 父母
Applicant are allowed to bring their parents to Malaysia for a period of 12 months.

Income tax 收入税
MM2H Visa Holders can enjoy tax exemption benefits in Malaysia under the Double Taxation Treaty. Income tax charged on territory basis instead of on a worldwide scope basis.
